AMMAN- MEU’s Language and Translation Center has organized courses for Arabic Language to enhance the Arabic language, especially in the fields of writing correspondence and official letters, forming questions, writing advertisements and taking meeting minutes. The courses, which are being taught by Dr. Jumana Al Salim, Faculty Member at MEU’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences, are being attended by MEU’s faculty members and administrative staff.
In this regard, Dr. Nisreen Yousef, Head of MEU’s Language and Translation Center noted that the organization of such courses reflects the University’s interest in escalating the skills and performance of its staff and accordingly, improving their work performance and advance their academic and administrative achievements.

The Middle East University was founded in 2005 as a Graduate Studies University with twelve specializations. Towards the beginning of the academic year 2008-2009 the university opened twenty specializations for both Graduate and Undergraduate students with the ongoing growth in staff and students.
