AMMAN- A group of students from the Australian University of Canberra has visited MEU campus to exchange experiences with students from the Faculty of Media. The visit, which organized by the International Relations Office at the University, is conducted in cooperation with the Majid Al Sadi Foundation as part of the Changing Lives Program as well as the Australia-Middle East Journalism Exchange.
Students of the University of Canberra had a tour at the University’s facilities carried out by their colleagues. They visited the Media Training and Development Center at the University and were briefed on programs implemented by the Center. It is worth mentioning that the University organized many field visits to foreign students in cooperation with Majid Al Sadi Foundation, which considered a unique experience for young people from different cultures.
The Middle East University was founded in 2005 as a Graduate Studies University with twelve specializations. Towards the beginning of the academic year 2008-2009 the university opened twenty specializations for both Graduate and Undergraduate students with the ongoing growth in staff and students.
