Amman: In the 15th Arab Robotics Championship, held in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Middle East University attained second place, with over 400 male and female participants representing 10 Arab countries.
The students who participated and represented the university in this project were Mohammed Aliwat, Muhannad Abu Sel, Anas Al-Sayed, Youssef Khader, and Mohammed Barham. They were supervised by Mr. Laith Al-Shehabk, a faculty member.
In this context, the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Uday Al-Maaytah, in the presence of the faculty delegation, asserted that university students have articulated valuable insights regarding the concept of seriousness and commitment to achieve the desired change. This is evident in more than 20 male and female students who have chosen to be volunteers, organising the activities of the tournament under the supervision of the certified referee, Dr. Huzaifa Abu Hammad.
Furthermore, he observed that the students’ 2nd-place achievement has facilitated the development of effective and sustainable collaborative pathways that align with their aspirations to become leaders and seekers of the new world.
