The Department of English Language and Translation at the Faculty of Arts and Educational Sciences at Middle East University is organising its third international conference, in cooperation with the Association of Professors of English Language, Literature and Translation in Arab Universities, on November 9 and 10, 2025.
The conference is entitled “Insights into Applied English and Translation Studies in the AI Era” and aims to explore modern and innovative approaches in applied English and translation studies in light of the rapid changes the world is witnessing due to technological development and the entry of artificial intelligence as an essential component in various fields of life.
This event brings together a group of academics, researchers, and specialists from various universities and educational institutions, both inside and outside Jordan, to discuss the latest developments in the fields of language, literature, and translation, and exchange ideas and experiences on how to employ artificial intelligence techniques to enhance these fields.
