The Faculty of Information Technology at the Middle East University convened to discuss a number of essential topics aimed at enhancing the quality of the educational process and scientific research.
The attendees reviewed the performance of the faculty committees during the first semester of the academic year 2024-2025, while evaluating the mechanism of teaching practical laboratories to ensure achieving the highest standards of educational quality and providing an interactive and fruitful academic experience for students.
Furthermore, the meeting discussed strategies to stimulate research production and promote scientific initiatives that raise the level of academic publication, in addition to updating study plans to keep pace with modern developments and the requirements of the accelerated labour market.
Additionally, the meeting discussed strategies to improve effective communication between students and faculty members, with a focus on developing the academic counselling system to support academically struggling students and raise their level of academic achievement.
