This model aims to deal with suggestions / complaints and solve problems in a fair and transparent manner, and to benefit from suggestions and ideas for improvement and development.

SUGGESTION
Presenting an issue that addresses or develops or improves administrative or academic performance at the university.
COMPLAINT
An expression of dissatisfaction with the procedures, process or method of submission in the manner in which the required services should be obtained.
APPRECIATION
gratitude to the people or institution to the satisfaction and appreciation of the dealers at the university.
