AMMAN – Researcher and Faculty of Educational Sciences student Raghda Yousef Sary al-Masaafah defended her Master’s thesis, titled [strategic entrepreneurship and its relationship to the managerial creativity of public high-school principals’ in Amman from the viewpoint of their assistants].
The researcher investigated the said relationship by adopting the associative descriptive method. She developed two tools to achieve her objective; the strategic entrepreneurship tool and the managerial creativity tool.

She also arrived at a positive associative relationship between public high-school principals’ practice of strategic entrepreneurship and the level of their managerial creativity.
The researcher recommended promoting strategic entrepreneurship practices as a tool to guide principals in facing challenges, managing risks, and capitalising on opportunities in order to enable educational institutions of keeping pace with the competition.
