Amman: A training programme on etiquette and work ethics was successfully concluded at Middle East University, with the participation of a number of representatives of the Royal Jordanian Hashemite Documentation Centre (RJDC).
The programme was organised by the Consultancy, Training, and Languages Centre and presented by Dana Juihan, a representative of Al-Rowad Academy for Consultancy and Training. It focused on a set of rules that tend to enhance the work environment, boost productivity, and build relationships.
The programme identified punctuality as a key factor in the perception of an individual’s behaviours and ethics. It also highlighted the importance of appropriate and stylish attire in creating a positive first impression.
Furthermore, eye contact during social interaction serves to convey information that cannot be expressed verbally, such as the depth of interest in the conversation, which leaves a distinctive first impression.
