Amman: Students from the Faculty of Media at Middle East University, while participating in the 19th session of the Arab Media Forum in the sisterly state of Kuwait, presented a level of journalism that caught the attention of Arab media professionals, artists, and influencers.
This coincided with the participation of Dr. Hani Al-Badri, the professor of media at the faculty, who led the student delegation in the presence of Dr. Raya Yaqoub, a faculty member.
The forum, entitled “Arab Media,” The “Future Intelligence” forum provided the students with the opportunity to engage in dialogues, seminars, and workshops that addressed a number of key topics related to digital media, new media, electronic journalism, content creation, fame, and the world of influencers.
It’s worth mentioning that a number of the students who took part in the forum produced work sheets on the forum’s work for their university courses and presented these to the participants.
The student delegation comprised Malak Al-Tarawneh, Hala Al-Shawish, Zain Al-Sous, Mohammed Al-Hilalat, Carmel Al-Madi, Basil Ali, Aya Saleh, and Jude Al-Badri.
In a related context, Dr. Al-Badri moderated dialogue and discussion sessions on content creation and influence in new media and social networking sites with a number of media professionals, intellectuals, and stakeholders.
The participants, including media professionals and prominent stars in the Arab world, praised the performance of the faculty’s delegation during the ceremony in honor of Arab media personalities, including stars, intellectuals, and poets, who are considered to be the most influential in the media.
