About Deanship of Student Affairs
Deanship of Student Affairs supports the educational process at Middle East University (MEU) via its direct communication with students, making it the University’s tower of strength. It dedicates all efforts and resources in service of students throughout their academic journeys to bring forward positive, well-informed leaders. Students are the main focal point of an integral educational process, thus the Deanship seeks their intellectual preparation in order to enable them of expressing their opinions within moderate, purposeful dialogues. The Deanship also focuses on social, psychological, and physical aspects; as well as developing students’ talents and capabilities by providing a suitable university environment. It provides students with the opportunity and encouragement to participate in the various extracurricular activities the Deanship organises within methodological programmes. Such activities are bound to prepare distinct alumni who contribute to the advancement of their societies towards a bright future.
Dean's message
The Deanship of Student Affairs constitutes a fundamental pillar of Middle East University, a position it has assumed as a result of its close and direct relationship with students, as well as its assumption of their responsibilities and priorities.
In this capacity, the Deanship of Student Affairs endeavours to cultivate the skills of students across a diverse range of cultural, recreational, athletic, and social domains. To this end, it undertakes the organisation of various activities and events designed to foster student engagement within the university community.
In addition to enhancing students’ abilities and developing their talents by holding various courses to prepare them for the labour market, the Deanship communicates with the university’s graduates and highlights their success stories according to the vision of Middle East University, which is to “Prepare Leaders.”
