Amman: The President of Middle East University, Prof. Dr. Salam Al-Mahadin, presided over the graduation ceremony for students of the Modern Media Diploma program, conducted in collaboration with Saraya News Agency, and the Artificial Intelligence Diploma for Computer Science Teachers, offered in partnership with STEAM Village.
This initiative aligns with the university’s vision of preparing specialized educational cadres characterized by professionalism and adaptability to the advancements of the information and technology era.
In this context, the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Hazem Al-Nsoor, speaking in the presence of faculty deans and the graduates’ families, emphasized that this new cohort of graduates represents a qualitative addition to the academic and technological community. These graduates are expected to contribute to enhancing the educational process and expanding the use of modern technology across various fields, fostering positive change.
On his part, the General Manager of Saraya News Agency, Hashem Al-Khalidi, highlighted that the Modern Media Diploma program is designed to align with the latest trends, technologies, and practices in the digital media industry. It equips graduates to understand the dynamics of new media and effectively utilize modern technological tools in news and information dissemination.
Similarly, STEAM Village Director Hanan Al-Banna explained that the Artificial Intelligence Diploma program provided computer science teachers with practical skills to apply AI concepts in education and use them effectively to improve students’ learning experiences.
Middle East University continues to achieve its goals of building a generation of specialists equipped with the tools and knowledge to innovate and contribute actively to the development of the knowledge and technological society at both local and regional levels.
