Amman: Middle East University has signed a collaboration agreement with Makassed Charity Hospital, in which students of pharmacy will be trained after completing at least 100 hours of study.
The collaboration agreement reinforces the university’s objective of preparing students to become competent practitioners who provide high-quality care to their patients. This is accomplished by combining classroom instruction with practical clinical experience.
The hospital’s General Manager, Dr. Ali Al Saad, signed the agreement in the presence of Dr. Iyad Al Muhairat, Head of the Quality Unit, and Dr. Noha Nofal, Head of the Pharmacy Department. The university was represented by Prof. Amjad Abu Armila, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, accompanied by Dr. Wijdan Al-Sharoukh, Head of the Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy, and Mr. Mohammed Al Kharouf, Assistant Dean for Training Affairs.
According to Dr. Abu Armileh, the university firmly believes that such partnerships are highly effective in shaping the future of optimal education, advanced healthcare, and promoting the public interest. This aligns perfectly with the university’s strategy to build bright minds.
