Amman: The President of the Middle East University, Prof. Dr. Salam Al-Mahadeen, in the presence of the Vice President of the University’s Board of Directors, Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Din, met with the President of the Yemeni-Jordanian University, Prof. Dr. Qais Abdullah Najim, for the purpose of exploring academic cooperation.
Dr. Naser Al-Din, in the presence of the Vice President of the University, Prof. Ahmed Al-Louzi, and the University’s legal advisor, Prof. Anis Al-Mansour, stated that the modern era is characterised by globalisation and interdependence. Therefore, it is important to strengthen bilateral relations to achieve sustainable development and mutual growth. He added that education is a powerful force in shaping the future vision of nations.
Prof. Dr. Al-Mahadeen addressed the significance of this meeting, stating that the purpose of the meeting is to highlight the university’s roadmap for comprehensive and optimal education. This change is desired and expected in the fields of university and cognitive education. In addition, she said that nothing is unattainable, even in the concept of the university, as it expands its ambitions to create a high-level regional and global cooperation network.
