
The Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Middle East University concluded an intensive training programme entitled “Advanced Leadership Skills”, which lasted for 4 days and comprised 20 hours of training.
The programme targeted members of innovation centres in Jordanian public and private universities, in addition to the participation of distinguished students from various universities.
The programme came to consolidate the foundations of distinguished leadership by identifying the pillars of leadership excellence, applying creative methods to solve issues, and refining the leadership personality capable of embracing changes, building teams, and managing time efficiently.
The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Hazem Al-Nsour, affirmed the university’s commitment to its vision of “Preparing Leaders”, stressing that the human element is the main driver of the development process.
In his remarks, the Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre, Samer Abdul Dayem, stated that the programme reflects the university’s vision to provide youth with the necessary practical and knowledgeable skills to build a generation capable of leading the future.
