
Middle East University hosted over 700 visiting lecturers during the first semester of the current academic year across the university’s various courses.
The initiative is considered part of the “Teaching and Learning Strategy”, which has successfully embarked on its third year, embodying the university’s vision to provide an advanced learning environment that enriches the students’ experience and expands their knowledge horizons, as it aims to integrate academic courses with the needs of the labour market by hosting visiting professors and specialists from various industrial sectors.
Through this initiative, these lecturers impart their advanced practical experience to students, enhancing the applied aspect of the curriculum and equipping students with skills that are in line with the requirements of future careers.
Covering all faculties of the university, this initiative was carefully designed in line with the university’s strategy launched three years ago, which aims to develop the educational process according to the latest international standards by integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experiences, and opening a network of communication channels with experts and specialists from various fields.
