The head of the Jordanian Bar Association, Mr. Yahya Abu Abboud, stated that Middle East University is an active partner in supporting the legal career path in the Kingdom, praising its role in hosting the written bar exam, which was held on its campus with the participation of about 1260 male and female lawyers.
This came during his inspection visit to the conduct of the exam, where he met with the Vice President of the University, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Al-Louzi, and the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Najm Al-Rabdi, and discussed the methods of enhancing academic and professional cooperation between the University and the Syndicate.
Dr. Al-Louzi explained that hosting this exam contributes to creating a stimulating academic environment for law students, as it gives them the opportunity to interact with the practical legal scene, which enhances their sense of professional responsibility and pushes them to excel in their future careers.
According to Dr. Al-Rabadi, hosting such events embodies the university’s vision to form strategic partnerships with national institutions, in line with the royal directives supporting the integration between the academic and professional sectors, stressing that the university is committed to continuing this approach and enhancing future cooperation opportunities.
The Faculty of Law at Middle East University is one of the leading faculties at the national and regional levels, as it has obtained international accreditation (FIBAA), which reflects its commitment to European and international academic quality standards, making it the only institution in Jordan to receive this recognition.
