
Middle East University organised a graduation ceremony for the students of the training programmes launched in cooperation with the Municipality of Giza, aimed at developing the capabilities of the local community, in the presence of a number of official and academic figures.
This graduation came as a culmination of the university’s efforts to motivate members of the local community to enrol in its rehabilitation and training programmes, which aim to improve the knowledge and professional level of individuals and enable local institutions to enhance their performance in order to achieve the principle of sustainable development.
Aimed at all local community groups, with a special focus on the employees of the Municipality of Giza, the program was organised by the Consultancy, Training, and Languages Centre, reflecting the university’s awareness of the importance of integrating efforts between the academic sector and the municipal sector, which contributes to building a more efficient and effective work system.
The event witnessed the honouring of the participants in the English language course and the human resources course in the presence of the Deputy Mayor of Giza Municipality, Mr. Abdullah Al-Araya; the Director of the Human Resources Department at the University, Mrs. Faten Khreisat; the representative of the Consulting, Training, and Languages Centre, Mrs. Sajoud Attia; and the trainer, Abdullah Ghanem.
