Amman: Mohammed Abzakh, a student at the Middle East University’s Faculty of Business, won first place in the MMA Fighting Championship held in the United Arab Emirates.
Dr. Ayman Al-Khazaleh, the Dean of Student Affairs, stated that the university’s training venues are of international standard. This plays a pivotal role in nurturing the next generation of global leaders, innovators, and changemakers. Abzakh stated that the university aims to empower students to reach their full potential and make significant contributions to society at the international level.
It is important to note that this accomplishment followed a previous silver medal in the fifth edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games, which took place in the Turkish city of Konya.
