
Amman: The Career Guidance and Alumni Follow-up Office at the Deanship of Student Affairs at Middle East University organised a complimentary training course entitled ‘Self-Awareness and How to Achieve Balance in Life,’ delivered by trainer Mohammad Amin Meshal at the Alumni Club in the Deanship of Student Affairs building, and witnessed the attendance of 19 students and graduates.
The course focused on the importance of self-awareness as a crucial tool for achieving personal and professional success, emphasising effective strategies for achieving work-life balance and managing the daily challenges encountered by individuals at various stages of their lives.
Furthermore, the course provided practical techniques to assist participants in enhancing their stress management skills, organising their time effectively, and establishing clear priorities, thereby promoting increased productivity and overall well-being.
In essence, this course forms part of a series of initiatives spearheaded by the Deanship of Student Affairs, with the overarching objective of equipping students and recent graduates with the requisite skills to enhance their competitiveness within the labour market. Additionally, these initiatives are designed to prepare them to assume leadership roles within their respective communities.
