A group of students from the Faculty of Media at Middle East University participated in the initiative of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation during the holy month of Ramadan, as they packed food parcels intended to support our brothers in the Gaza Strip, emphasising their commitment to humanitarian and voluntary work.
This participation stems from the faculty’s vision to consolidate the values of giving and promote the culture of community work among students, which contributes to the development of their sense of social responsibility and supports their commitment to just humanitarian causes.
Moreover, this initiative reflects the university’s approach to building bridges of cooperation with charitable organisations and providing its students with the opportunity to actively engage in voluntary activities, which contributes to honing their skills and enhancing their active role in society.
With its humanitarian and societal dimensions, this initiative emphasises the pivotal role that the university can play in supporting charitable efforts and consolidating the values of solidarity, especially in light of the circumstances that our brothers in Gaza are going through.
