Amman: The Advisory Board meeting of the Faculty of Engineering at Middle East University deliberated upon the local and international accreditations of the Faculty of Engineering’s programmes, commending the reputation of its graduates in the local and international labour market. The members of the Advisory Board represent the local community, alumni, and students of the Faculty of Engineering.
The meeting occurred at a time when the rapid pace of technological progress necessitates the ability to keep up with the latest tools and methodologies, adapt to new programmes, and use simulation techniques. This is the focus of the faculty when formulating its study plans and training programmes.
In support of that, the meeting addressed the necessity of incorporating a global perspective into the educational process. This would ensure that graduates are adequately prepared to meet the demands of the global workforce and contribute to the advancement of technology and the progress of society.
