The Faculty of Law at Middle East University achieved a remarkable breakthrough in its first participation in the sixth edition of the International Commercial Arbitration Competition, where it managed to reach the advanced stages, ranking among the top sixteen participating teams.
This is considered the first of its kind at the level of Jordanian universities, surpassing all Jordanian participants during the previous five seasons of this competition.
The Faculty of Law was able to pass the first rounds of remote advocacy, advancing through three consecutive stages, which enabled it to occupy a prominent position among the top thirty-two participating teams, out of 154 teams representing 24 Arab and foreign countries.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, it was announced that the Faculty of Law received the award for the best prosecutor’s memorandum, placing ninth in the overall ranking of the competition, which is a testament to its academic and professional excellence.
