The Consultancy, Training, and Languages Centre organised a training workshop on modern human resources management. The workshop was delivered by Mr. Mohammed Al Kouz, a human resources consultant from Al Rowad Training and Consultancy Academy. The workshop covered topics such as strategic focus, data-driven approaches, and talent management to help organisations achieve their goals in a dynamic and competitive environment.
The course was attended by the academy’s public relations manager, Mr. Ayman Al-Lahham, the university’s human resources manager, Mrs. Faten Khreissat, and representatives from different departments at the university. It was stated that modern HR science focuses on building a flexible and inclusive workforce in line with the organization’s commitment to innovation and progress. Additionally, streamlined performance management systems that prioritize employee well-being are being implemented to create a committed and ideal employee.
