Introduction

Financial Affairs Department manages the University’s general accounting, general treasury, and budget estimate.
Such affairs include the management of internal control in terms of activating prior control over expenses, and safeguarding the University’s assets from abuse. Moreover, the Department activates the role of accounts as means of control by ensuring the authenticity of financial constraints and constantly updating the accounting system. Finally, the Department aims to protect the University against any possible financial losses through early risk detection.
